Important: Please read our Return Policy carefully. No exceptions will be granted, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns:
Refunds
Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Delays or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If the payment still has not arrived, contact us at: support@emmas-boutique-toronto.com
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return with a tracking option (Track & Trace), as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Returned products must be shipped to our processing center in Asia, and shipping costs—starting from €20—are to be covered by the customer.
Exceptions:
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If the same error occurs with the second delivery, we will refund the full amount you paid.
Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, due to our automated system.
